Internal communication channel in accordance with Law 2/2023 on the protection of informants
Marca Franca has implemented an internal reporting system to comply with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption. This system fulfills the purpose of the aforementioned Law by allowing individuals to report any of the actions or omissions referred to in its Article 2, primarily violations of EU law and serious or very serious administrative or criminal offenses.
